​I have an idea for a unique product. How can I get this product produced?


Let us know your idea and we will make it a reality! You can easily send us a message by phone, or online! We will give you the specifics of what it will take to produce your item, and provide you with a quote as well. All of our contact information is listed on the
Contact page. From there, you can send us a message directly.  Generally, the most convenient way to request a quote is online. 

What does the quote include?


Our quotes are designed to be all encompassing and cover the full cost necessary to produce, import, and deliver goods. Our quote will include any artwork necessary for the item, production of the item, any testing necessary for importing purposes, any freight costs to bring the item from overseas, and the delivery of the item to the address needed. 

Can I purchase custom items for private purposes?

We typically sell to businesses such as bars, clubs, restaurants, hotels, and various stores. However, depending on the quantities needed, we will certainly accommodate for private orders if possible.

Where will my merchandise be delivered?

We work with freight companies to accommodate deliveries to anywhere in the world.    Our quotes include delivery to any destination you specify.  We can also store the product at our warehouse in Sandusky, Ohio for an additional fee. 

What are the return conditions?

If any merchandise becomes damaged during delivery, we will reimburse you for the damaged goods.

How long will it take for my merchandise to be delivered?

This will depend on the destination.  Ocean freight to the US usually takes between 4-5 weeks post production.  Air freight is also available for additional cost.  We will provide an ETA along with your quote.
